Self Catering
Self-catering is available in off-peak seasons or by special request for peak season or bank holidays.

BOOKING DEPOSIT
In order to secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking value is payable within 7 days of the provisional booking. The balance is payable in full 60 days prior to the commencement of the stay.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation over 60 days prior to commencement will attract a cancellation fee of 30% of the full bookable value (i.e. the deposit already paid). For any cancellation under 60 days prior the full amount paid will become non-refundable, with the cancellation fee effectively becoming 100%
GOOD HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT £750.00
This is a refundable deposit to cover any unreasonable damage, negligent breakages or other unauthorized usage. It is payable 14 days before the start of your stay. It will be paid back to you upon satisfactory conclusion of your stay within 30 days.
FUEL DEPOSIT £250
Fuel for central heating and hot water is not provided as part of the rental price. This is charged for separately. In order to cover the cost of providing adequate heating throughout your stay, a £250 fuel deposit is payable before the start of your stay. This deposit is non-refundable. Also to ensure guest comfort in the colder months, we also provide a good stock of solid fuel, wood and coal, which is available for your use, free of additional charge.
