Craigrownie Castle is a Grade B listed building designed by the world renowned architect Alexander 'Greek' Thomson in 1852. Recently renovated to its former glory, the castle has stunning views of Loch Long, the Isle of Arran and the Firth of Clyde, with the hills of the Cowal peninsula and the mountains of Argyll serving as a wonderful backdrop.

Great fishing and golf are also available. The Castle can sleep up to 24 people with 11 double bedrooms, most having four posters and 5 having ensuite facilities.

There are 6 reception rooms, including an 800 sq ft ballroom, a drawing room, a library, a morning room, a dining room and an informal sitting room. On-site parking provides space for up to 20 cars and all amenities, shop, post office etc. are 5 minutes walk. Closer to hand, there is a beautiful shingle beach just 200 metres away and Cove Sailing Club is also a two minute walk.
